Phil is Ecotrust Canada’s Retrofits Program Manager. He holds a Master in Indigenous Community Planning from UBC and has been collaborating with Indigenous community partners on home energy retrofit projects for the past four years.
Previously, Phil completed a finance degree from the University of Victoria. You can find Phil mountain biking or snorkeling BC’s coastal waters.
