Jeca leads the Green Municipal Fund’s Capacity Development team, working to inform and inspire Canadian municipalities to accelerate the transformation to a sustainable future. The team offers a suite of training, networking, and information resources for municipal staff and elected officials.
Jeca is a champion for deep emissions reductions and sustainable development at the local level. She holds a Masters’s in Community and Regional Planning from the University of British Columbia, a Certificate in Adult Education from the Canadian College of Educators, and a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies and International Development from Trent University.
