Max Graham joined Avenue Living in 2020 and has over 10 years of experience in real estate. As Chief Performance Officer, Max leads strategic initiatives across the organization to maximize building performance, increase environmental sustainability, and improve the overall resident experience.

Recently, Max spearheaded two years of due diligence efforts to secure a partnership agreement with the Canada Infrastructure Bank. The $150 million joint-commitment will deliver deep energy retrofits in low-density residential buildings across Western Canada. Throughout this large-scale project, Max manages stakeholder relations, funding requirements, program development, risk mitigation, and policy review. Specifically, he oversees the implementation of energy conservation measures to the program’s 220 buildings, which account for approximately 6,700 suites. He also has a target of reducing greenhouse gas emissions by 49% and improving the day-to-day experiences of approximately 10,000 Avenue Living residents.
