Lee Hodgkinson is Head of Sustainability and Technical Services for Dream Unlimited, overseeing the Technical Services, Sustainability and ESG, and Energy Management departments. As part of this role, he oversees $30M+ annual capital budgets to improve asset value, building operations, and energy performance, as well as making buildings smarter. Lee also leads ESG strategic planning and integration for all Dream entities, including the development of the annual Corporate Sustainability Report, and leads the Net Zero by 2035 Working Group. Lee brings over 13 years of engineering, construction, building automation, sustainability and energy management experience to lead a wide range of initiatives to create a positive impact on people and the planet.
