Samir is a Senior Research and Evaluation Associate at the Future Skills Centre, which connects ideas and innovations generated across Canada so that employees and employers can succeed in the labour market, and to ensure that local, regional, and national economies thrive. Most recently, he worked at the International Budget Partnership, and Mastercard Foundation, had as worked on skills development, financial inclusion, and rural and agricultural development, digital finance, and MSME development.
