Kathleen is the Program Manager for the Green Municipal Fund’s $300 million Community Efficiency Financing Initiative. The initiative funds local, low-rise residential efficiency financing programs that achieve triple bottom line benefits while driving market transformation across Canada. Mid-way through its funding envelope, there have been early signs of market transformation through private capital mobilization. Kathleen and her team are excited to share their learnings and future vision at one of the conference roundtables.

Kathleen has a background in community economic development, provincial energy policy and programs, as well as entrepreneurship and innovation. She holds a Master in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science (honours) with Certificates in Systems Thinking and Environmental Impact Assessment.
