Robin has over 13 years of experience designing and delivering funding and capacity development programs to empower Canadian local governments to build more equitable, low-carbon and resilient communities. As the capacity development lead for the Green Municipal Fund’s Community Efficiency Financing initiative, she designs impactful learning activities to help municipalities and their partners successfully implement and scale innovative financing programs for home energy upgrades. Robin has previously worked in the municipal and non-profit sectors to promote energy efficiency, sustainable waste management and active transportation at the community scale. She holds a BSc in Environmental Biology from McGill University and an MSc in Environmental Studies and Sustainability Science from Lund University in Sweden.
