Alex Hill combines strategic knowledge and insights with two decades of experience in leading energy efficiency, renewable energy and resource management projects. Alex leads Dunsky’s financing practice, where he has conducted ground-breaking work on innovative financing models for energy efficiency and in the areas of evaluation and technical support. He has supported innovative financing leaders by developing and/or evaluating programs throughout the US (e.g., California, Rhode Island, New York) and Canada (e.g., Edmonton, Toronto, Sudbury, Waterloo, Durham, Halton Hills, Peterborough, Yellowknife, Québec, New Brunswick). He also directed the design of the Federation of Canadian Municipalities’ Community Efficiency Financing (CEF) Program – a $300M program which offers municipalities support in the design and implementation of financing programs. Alex’s previous experience includes the construction of award-winning green building projects, including Canada’s first net-zero condominium development.
