He has worked on a diverse array of projects, including new construction and retrofits in healthcare, post-secondary education, institutional, commercial, and recreation sectors. Known for his creative and collaborative approach, Mike is adept at working in the details while keeping an eye towards the big picture needs of a project to provide efficient yet practical solutions. As a principal and technical lead at First Light Energy Solutions, Mike is currently focused on developing both portfolio and building-level decarbonization plans and executing detailed designs for low-carbon mechanical system retrofits.
