Jeff Livingstone is Pretium Engineering’s Mechanical Engineering Practice Leader. Jeff has over 15 years of experience in Mechanical Engineering Design, Review, Commissioning, and Contract Administration. Project experience ranges from Retail, Commercial Office, Building Services, Hospitals, Industrial, Building services, Municipal, Residential and Mixed-use facilities.

Past project experience includes working in numerous contract type models, including bid specification type, guaranteed maximum price design assist type, working as part of an architecturally led multi-disciplinary design team, and acting as prime consultant for direct to owner type projects.

Jeff is currently a key member of Pretium Engineering’s Energy and Carbon Team which is focused on providing insight and solutions for clients looking to meet federal and provincial carbon and energy targets. This team is working with clients at both the building level and portfolio level. The aim has been creating roadmaps for energy reduction, carbon reduction for Net Zero building and portfolio operation.

At Pretium Engineering, Jeff is closely involved with each project to ensure the principles of efficient design and adherence to Pretium standards for project delivery are met and exceeded.
