Jillian is a Principal Consultant and the Market Services Lead at Econoler, supporting utility and government clients in developing and evaluating programs and strategies targeted at energy efficiency, demand response and decarbonization. She has over 15 years of experience leading projects for utilities and multiple levels of government across Canada, including BC Hydro, FortisBC, Efficiency Manitoba, IESO, Energir, Efficiency Nova Scotia, Nova Scotia Power, Newfoundland Power and NRCan, bringing analytical rigour, market research expertise and strong project management skills to provide actionable insights to her clients. Jillian’s previous experience includes program planning and strategy roles at BC Hydro including leading their first geo-targeted DSM opportunity assessment and managing their DSM stakeholder engagement committee. Jillian holds an Electrical Engineering degree from the University of New Brunswick and a Master’s degree in Resource and Environmental Management from Simon Fraser University.
