Tom Davis, P.Eng., LEED AP, is the President of Green-Tech Environmental Engineering Ltd. and a Professor of Building Technology at Fanshawe College in London, Ontario with over 35 years of experience in education, research, consulting, real estate development, design, construction and project management for heavy construction projects around the world.
Tom has recently completed a one-year sabbatical from Fanshawe College to work with the Natural Resources Canada (NRCan), Local Energy Efficiency Partnerships (LEEP) Team. Tom is also a Principal Investigator in Applied Research working on Sustainable Design and Deep Energy Retrofits for existing buildings, he is responsible for all aspects of research, design and testing.
He is a licensed Professional Engineer in Ontario and the United States. Tom is also a LEED Accredited Professional with the Canadian Green Building Council.
Tom is also a committed climate leader in the Climate Reality Project founded by Nobel Laureate and former US Vice President Al Gore. The Climate Reality Project is working to catalyze a global solution to the climate crisis by making urgent action a necessity across every level of society.
