Stephen Callender is the President and founder of Afro Canadian Contractors Association, a not-for-profit organization that works to increase the presence of BIPOC contractors and construction companies across Canada. Stephen is also President of Bass Installation, a unionized construction company which specializes in the installation of glass and curtain wall panels on skyscrapers. In addition, he is a Board Member on Toronto Community Benefits Network and has been in the industry for 40+ years.
