Mohammed is the Supervisor of the Business Program Performance - Prescriptive at the Independent Electricity System Operator (IESO). His activities at the IESO include leading the development and revision of program concepts, researching and selecting measures, determining incentive levels, forecasting participation rates and funding, as well as undertaking appropriate cost-benefit tests and developing and presenting business cases. Mohammed holds a BEng. in Computer Engineering from McMaster University, Hamilton-Canada, and an MBA from The University of Strathclyde, Glasgow-UK.
