Myha Truong-Regan is the Head of Climate Research at RBC’s Climate Action Institute. In her capacity as head of research, Myha leads the Institutes’ research work that is used to inform and inspire Canadians, in our collective journey to net-zero. She’s also active in executing on the Institute’s other two pillars. Engage with key government and business decision makers to discuss and develop pragmatic climate solutions. And work with our clients and industry partners to act on climate solutions, through sector alliances.
Prior to joining RBC, Myha was a senior economist with the Ontario Securities Commission (OSC), where her work was focused on regulatory strategy and research.
Her first career was as an urban planner, and her practice areas were environmental and social policy.
Myha also worked as a global corporate strategist and marketing consultant, where she provided advice to clients, in the real estate and consumer packaged goods industries.
Myha holds an MBA from the Rotman School of Management, at the University of Toronto, and Bachelor of Environmental Studies degree from the University of Waterloo.
