Jordan brings over 20 years of experience in leading innovative energy efficiency and GHG reduction initiatives within the building sector. He has led the implementation of retrofits to tens of millions of square feet of multi-family and commercial buildings, with an increasing focus on achieving deep reductions through electrification and hybrid systems. He has helped design and lead numerous retrofit programs for utilities, government, and industry associations. His current projects include the Rental Apartment Retrofit Accelerator (RARA) and the Building Financial & Workforce Capacity for Deep Energy Retrofits initiatives, led by LandlordBC in collaboration with BOMABC and a wide variety of Retrofit Accelerators and other organizations across Canada. Jordan is also the co-chair of the Building to Electrification (B2E) Technical Committee. In his spare time, he can be found surfing and padding on Vancouver Island with his family.
