Leo Glaser is the Director of Net Zero & Planet Impact at Third Space Properties Inc., where he leads the development and execution of the company's net zero transition plan, climate action plan, and resource conservation plan. With over a decade of expertise in building energy efficiency and commercial real estate portfolio decarbonization, Leo has spearheaded numerous building electrification, energy conservation, and
innovative technology pilot projects across diverse asset classes.

Leo’s comprehensive approach at Third Space focuses on achieving net zero emissions across all aspects of the business, including operational emissions from existing buildings, embodied carbon in new construction projects, and all other sources associated with the company's operations.

In addition to his work at Third Space, Leo teaches webinars and developed the "Building Electrification Strategies" course for the Canadian Institute for Energy Training (CIET), which he has been teaching since its launch.
