She specializes in equitable program design, public engagement, gender equity, and building partnerships that expand access to energy solutions for underserved communities. She currently serves as Growth

Communications Strategist at Kambo Energy Group, supporting community-led initiatives that advance energy equity and increase access to energy efficiency for traditionally underserved communities across North America.

She has led global energy programs for the world’s largest youth energy network, engaging 50,000+ young leaders across more than 130 countries, and delivered the world’s largest youth energy event, convening youth, governments, and industry leaders to accelerate community-led energy solutions worldwide.

Her graduate research at Western University focused on advancing gender and climate justice in the transition to a clean energy future. As a public speaker and facilitator, Grace presents at UN climate conferences, international convenings, and global energy summits, where she advocates for equitable, community-led climate solutions and meaningful local participation in energy decision-making.
