Victor Shea is the Chief Executive Officer of Atlantic Baptist Housing, where he leads a multi- provincial network of long-term care homes, seniors’ housing communities, and innovative aging- in-place programs across Atlantic Canada. Victor holds Bachelor of Social Work, Master of Business Administration and is Certified Executive Coach with more than 20 years of experience in health and long-term care across Canada. Victor has built a career focused on improving quality of life for older adults. He is known for advancing collaborative community models such as Nursing Home Without Walls and for strengthening partnerships between healthcare, long term care, housing, and government. Victor is passionate about leadership development, system transformation, collaborative partnerships on innovative approaches to service delivery while ensuring seniors can live with dignity, purpose, and connection
