Erika is a bilingual energy sector leader with 20+ years of experience in green building, retrofit management and high-performance construction. Erika oversees EnviroCentre’s Retrofit Accelerator, a flagship climate program advancing deep retrofits across residential building types, including social housing and multi-unit properties. She oversees a cross-functional team spanning technical services, outreach, and research. The Retrofit Accelerator project successfully secured funding and implemented the first ever, mass deep energy retrofit in social housing in the Ottawa area last year.
