Joseph Nickerson is a Founding Partner and VP of Sidewalk RED, a design-driven real estate development firm focused on adaptive reuse, urban intensification, and building vibrant downtown neighbourhoods.

Joseph has led a number of high-profile transformation projects across Halifax and artmouth, including the conversion of the former Centennial Building into Agency Art Lofts—Halifax’s first true hard loft rental community.
