Anne Lombardi is a Professional Engineer dedicated to climate change mitigation in the built environment. Her work specializes in energy and carbon performance assessment and design optimization for new and existing buildings; she has provided energy consulting for a variety of projects across Canada, ranging from decarbonization retrofit assessments in affordable housing projects to analysis of time-of-use electricity rates. Anne holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering and a Master’s in Physical Oceanography, and is chair of the ASHRAE Halifax Government Affairs Committee, and a member of the Board of Directors of the Construction Association of Nova Scotia as well as the Design and Construction Institute of Nova Scotia.
