Andy Collier is the Manager, Programs and Services for efficiencyPEI and has been with the organization since its inception in 2008. He has led the design, implementation and delivery of virtually all of the programs and services offered by efficiencyPEI and serves as the key technical and building science expert for the organization. Andy’s background is in architecture and construction where his interest in green building began working on PEI’s first LEED certified building in Charlottetown, the Jean Canfield Building. Andy also has a keen interest Gender, Diversity, and Inclusion and increasing its prominence in the energy efficiency industry.
