Colleen Sondermann is a Digital Communications Advisor with FortisBC. She has a passion for leveraging digital content to drive awareness and engagement about FortisBC’s conservation and energy management programs and energy-saving solutions, helping customers lower their GHG emissions. In her personal life, Colleen has undertaken a deep energy retrofit of her 1983 home in Kelowna, BC, to improve the energy efficiency and overall comfort. The retrofit included triple pane windows, extensive interior and exterior/cladding insulation and a dual fuel heating system, which reduced her home’s EnerGuide rating from 144 to 67.
