Terry leads RJC’s Building Science and Restoration team on Vancouver Island. As a passionate specialist pushing forward sustainability and resiliency in our built environment, he works collaboratively with clients and contractors to achieve environmentally responsible and economically viable solutions. With a wealth of experience encompassing new design, deep energy retrofits, and major restorations, Terry strives to help integrate structural, façade, enclosure, mechanical, and electrical designs to optimize energy efficiency, thermal comfort, and durability while minimizing the greenhouse gas intensity of projects.
