Workshop 1: Future-Proofing Home Retrofit Programs: Navigating Uncertainty and Building Resilient Businesses

Calling all contractors, wholesalers, policy designers and decision-makers! Meeting these uncertain times, this workshop will help participants future-proof businesses by:
- Equipping participants with strategies to inform, develop and deliver retrofit programs that resonate in a policy environment focused on affordability, good-jobs, middle class wealth creation and beneficial electrification while still striving for net-zero.
- Addressing fear, uncertainty, and doubt (FUD) about policy and program design by unpacking challenges from the field and providing practical tools to adapt to political change.
- Building constructive, direct relationships between program designers and the people doing the work, leading to better alignment of incentive programs, reducing risks of unintended consequences, and ensuring program relevance.
