777 Dunsmuir: This is the first Geoexchange retrofit of an existing commercial building in Canada, completed in 2014. It is a shared office tower and retail system incorporating heat recovery chillers and a geo field.

200 Burrard: A Heat Recovery Chiller was installed in 2016, with capacity increased in 2021. It is a combined commercial office, retail and hotel system, with an existing thermal energy storage tank with future plans for multi-property heat recovery/sharing
